This is a site of some 5 hectares, owned by MSDC. The western loop of the Green Circle pathway currently ends here.

Comprising  three rough fields and hedgerows, the southernmost known as Grassmere Meadow, it runs parallel to Jane Murray Way, bordering privately-owned ancient woodland to the north.
